Payments once made for Seed Health Testing services are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only for:

• Duplicate payments
• Failed transactions where amount is debited but service not availed

Refund requests must be raised within 7 working days with valid proof. Refunds will be returned only to the original payment method used.

Cancellation is not permitted once the sample has been submitted.
